Portal access is included with paid coaching—there is no separate access fee. Use your approved email to schedule sessions, prepare for coaching, and visit the hub and shop.

Book a discovery consultationHow client access works
Discovery calls do not require portal access. Focus and individual coaching sessions include the session materials selected for you. Package clients receive coaching hub resources during their program. After coaching ends, separately purchased digital resources remain yours; program resources and client booking access may end when your enrollment closes.
Digital journals and premium products are purchased separately. Coaching includes scheduled sessions and agreed prompts; unlimited messaging, daily check-ins, and on-demand coach access are not included.
Coaching & Digital Product Refund Policy
All payments for AnchorPoint coaching sessions, coaching packages, and digital products are nonrefundable, except where required by law.
Refunds are not provided for client cancellations, missed appointments, unused sessions, partially completed packages, or a change of mind. Please confirm your availability and selected service before purchasing.
If you need to reschedule, contact Reneasha as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability and does not qualify your purchase for a refund.
If AnchorPoint cannot provide a purchased service, you will be offered rescheduling or a refund for the undelivered portion.

Rescheduling & Missed Appointment Policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you need to reschedule, please email rkeel@anchorpointmultisolutions.com at least 24 hours before your session.
Each paid session may be rescheduled once with timely notice, subject to availability.
Requests received less than 24 hours before the appointment and missed appointments will count as a used session. No refund or replacement session will be provided, except where required by law. Emergencies may be considered individually at AnchorPoint’s discretion.
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals will end at the originally scheduled time. If you have not joined within 15 minutes and have not contacted Reneasha, the appointment will be considered missed.
If AnchorPoint needs to change your appointment, you may reschedule without penalty or use of your one reschedule allowance. If AnchorPoint cannot provide the purchased service, the refund policy applies.
Package expiration: Coaching packages expire 45 days after purchase. All included sessions must be completed within that period; unused sessions expire without a refund, except where required by law. If AnchorPoint reschedules a session, its delay will not count against your completion period.
Before your paid coaching session
Your coaching agreement will be emailed after your first paid-session booking and must be signed before coaching begins. Returning clients need a signed agreement on file.
Package clients book three included 45-minute sessions separately once enrolled. Until the package calendar is connected, contact rkeel@anchorpointmultisolutions.com to arrange them. No additional payment is required for included sessions.
